Sauvage is a small intimate restaurant and we can accommodate reservations between 5.00pm and 8:30pm (SUN-TH) and 5.00pm and 9pm (FR & SAT).. Sauvage is open seven days a week. We are closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

For parties of 8 or more, there is an automatic 20% gratuity.
