An Evening in spain Nov. 14th @ 7:30pm

Executive Chef Tracy Little and her team join Marina Beck from Wine Alliance to bring you an evening in Spain. This will showcase small elevated share-style bites paired with a selection of delicious Spanish wines from Marina's wonderful portfolio. This will be an evening you do not want to miss! $85/person includes food, wine, tax and gratuity.

Sauvage x juice imports wine dinner Nov. 28th @ 7:30pm

Chef Tracy Little and her team join forces with Mark Couillard of Juice Imports to bring you and evening of wine and elevated food pairings on November 28th. Mark brings forward a unique portfolio of wines from around the world that showcase minimal intervention and natural practices, while Chef Tracy focuses on hyper local and seasonal ingredients in her menus at Sauvage. Enjoy five different wines from Mark's portfolio with small shared dishes curated from Chef Tracy's team for a truly enjoyable evening. $85/person includes food, wine, tax and gratuity.

Starting on the 30th of May, Sauvage will permanently offer a 3 course version of our menu for those whom just want to dip their toes in the forest.
