New years eve

Join chef Tracy Little and her team as we celebrate the end of 2024 and welcome the 2025 year ahead. A six course tasting menu experience available in either our Hunter or Gatherer variation with the option to add wine or juice pairings the evening of. Price does not include taxes and gratuities, and final payment is due the evening of. A LA CARTE AT SAUVAGE

From December 8th through January 18th Chef Tracy has made our beloved tasting menu available individually. Come and try our seasonally inspired dishes without the commitment of the full tasting menu. Only available until January 18th - New Years Eve excluded.

3 Course Menu available!

Starting on the 30th of May, Sauvage will permanently offer a 3 course version of our menu for those whom just want to dip their toes in the forest.
