We are tucked off Main Street in Downtown Canmore right next to the Paint Box Lodge in picturesque Canmore, AB

Sauvage is open for dinner service beginning at 5pm. Please note we are closed Thanksgiving Day and Remembrance Day. Beginning Tuesday October 29th we will be closed Tuesday and Wednesdays until December 10th.

Our annual winter closure will run from January 19th through February 2nd with dinner service resuming February 3rd.
